The PPP finished but now ERC funds are available...

And you do not have to pay them back!

The Paycheck Protection Program funds that were available to assist US based businesses finished, leaving many businesses still struggling to survive. However, there is some good news... More Government business relief funding is now available in the form of the ERTC (Employee Retention Tax Credit), which is also known as ERC (Employee Retention Credit), and this time the funds are not in the form of a loan. The money you will receive is money that you have already paid into the system and you are free to spend these funds on anything you like. Unfortunately, the process to claim these funds is complicated and many CPA's and Payroll companies choose not to process these claims.

In order to assist its clients, Excess Ideas is pleased to announce that it has teamed up with one of the largest ERTC consulting firms in the United States. As our client, you will be supported by their team of over 750 people which includes multiple handpicked accounting firms who are experts in this field. These teams of specially trained Employee Retention Tax Credit accountants are fast, professional and accurate. This is all they do, so you know you are dealing with experts in their field who you can trust to do it right... You do not want to get this wrong and have the IRS investigating your claim!

Our ERC accountants will provide you with a free assessment to see how much you qualify for and a deposit is only required if you decide to go ahead... after you know how much you are entitled to. The remainder of the payment is not due until after the check is received from the Treasury. This frees up your money to provide additional cashflow for your business until your check arrives.

There is also an option to reduce the fee by paying the full fee in advance. In addition to this, there is now an option to receive your ERTC payment in advance. You can read more about this below. For added peace of mind the accountants fully back up their service by providing you with audit ready documentation so that you can prove your claim should you ever need to.

Employee Retention Tax Credit

A tax credit on your payroll expenses.

Photo of someone holding ERC Relief Money
  • The employee retention credit 2020 Program is a refundable tax credit of 50% of up to $10,000 in wages paid per employee from 3/12/20-12/31/20 by an eligible employer. That's $5,000 per employee.

  • The employee retention credit 2021 program increased to 70% of up to $10,000 in wages paid per employee per quarter for Q1, Q2, and Q3. That is a potential of up to $21,000 per employee.

  • I thought the tax credit was for 2020? You’re right - it was originally a 2020 credit. And it was either the Paycheck Protection Program OR ERTC. Almost every business chose the PPP option. The ERTC was not widely used until March 2021, when the American Rescue Act changed IRS regulations and millions of businesses were now eligible for both the PPP and ERTC program by amending their Quarterly Form(s) 941.

  • Fast Track Your Refund

NEW Option To Fast Track Your Refund Is Now Available!

You unlock another major advantage when use our ERTC experts to complete your claim... For clients who have claims worth $100,000 or more there is an opportunity for you to gain access to your ERTC payment well in advance of when you would otherwise receive it.

An agreement has been negotiated with a financial institution to provide our clients with the opportunity to gain advanced access to 90% of their calculated/predicted ERTC credit. The financial institution will require the other 10% to be held in reserve. This final payment will be released to you when the IRS sends the check from the Treasury.

If you decide to utilise this optional service you could have your funds in a timeframe which is currently, typically between 2-4 weeks from the filing date of the 941x’s. The file is underwritten by the financial institution and upon successful completion is funded immediately. This timeframe is subject to change depending on demand.

The fee you would be charged by the financial institution is 13% of the value of your calculated/predicted ERTC credit.

Terms and conditions apply, including that any businesses that has tax liens or open lawsuits will probably not be approved.

This option can be removed at any time without notice for any reason including that the allocated funds have been exhausted.

This could provide your business with the potential to gain access to a significant influx of funds many months before you would otherwise be able to access your funds. This enables you to invest your ERTC funds into your business which has the potential to increase your profits. How would you use your money if you could access it sooner... Maybe you could fast track your business expansion or optimize your marketing!

    Excess Ideas Client Rewards

At Excess Ideas we like to thank our clients by arranging special bonuses or gifts... Not that you really need any when you are qualifying for free money. What we have decided to do is open up our INVITE ONLY VIP newsletter subscription to anyone who submits all their paperwork within 7 days (See Step 2 below). Notice I said submit paperwork and not qualify for ERTC payments! I want to thank everyone who choses to apply via this page and then submits the required paperwork. When you sign up for our VIP email newsletter you will receive a valuable free gift which is one of the reasons why it is invite only...

Your VIP Subscriber Gift - valued at $299

Your VIP gift is a full 12 months subscription to a leading book summary service where you will learn some of the best business ideas from the world’s leading experts in no more than 12 minutes per book. These summaries are available as video, audio or text so your preferred method of learning is available. There is a large range of business books so you are sure to learn valuable strategies that can help you to improve your business.

In order to be fully transparent, it is important to note that in addition to joining our Excess Ideas VIP newsletter you will also be joining the email list of the book summary company. That is only fair considering you are not paying the $299 per year fee. As always, you will be free to unsubscribe at any time, but it will be worth your while to stay a member to discover what other things may be coming your way.

And this time the gift is not just for you...

As a business owner you know that there is nothing more frustrating than trying to get some money into your bank account only to be met with roadblocks that are out of your control, roadblocks that stand between you and your money. One such delay when it comes to getting your ERTC check might be with your accountant. It is possible that they might not prioritise getting your accounting information for your credit application as being as important as you do. In order to help you to motivate them, I am also giving you the ability to incentivize your accountant by giving them the ability to also join our Excess Ideas VIP list so that they can receive a 12 months book summary subscription valued at $299 for their own use. Hopefully that gives you the ability to motivate them to provide you with any paperwork you need for your application so that your application can be processed as soon as possible.

    So how does this work?

In step 2 you may need to contact your accountant or bookkeeper to collect your paperwork to submit to our accounting partners so that they can finish assessing your application. At this time you can tell your accounting person that if they can get you your paperwork quickly then you can give them a private invite to an Invite Only VIP email newsletter so that they can receive the $299 free gift. Then, once you have uploaded your paperwork, you will send an email to us at [email protected] which contains the email address for both you and your accountant, and please don't forget to include your accountant's name. We then will email you and your accountant your special invite links. It will take up to 7 days after you subscribe to our newsletter to arrange your free book summary subscription as there is some manual processing involved. Then you will be all set to learn how to improve your business while you wait for your ERTC check to arrive.

The Free Assessment And Contract Explained

In order to be fully transparent, I want to clarify our accounting partner's terms and conditions that relate to your free ERTC assessment and their fees.

You can apply for free to have the accountants complete all the work required to assess your eligibility and to determine the amount you will receive if you decide to complete your claim.

If you are not eligible, or if you decide not to claim your ERTC payment, including via any third party or self-application, then there is no fee and you will have received a free eligibility assessment and learnt the value of your ERTC claim.

However, because a significant amount of time goes into completing this work for you, at considerable expense to our accounting partners, they require you to sign a contract that states that if you do decide to claim your ERTC, that you agree to hire them to assist you with your claim. It is only fair that they be compensated should you decide to claim your ERTC payment after they completed all of this work for you.

    How The Contract Protects You

The contract is your proof that there will be no fee charged, despite our accounting partners having completed all of this work for you, if you are not eligible, or if you decide not to claim your ERTC payment via them, any third party, or self application, for any reason.

They have the contract at the beginning of the process to ensure that you are aware of the terms and conditions, and what the fee structure is, in advance so that you can make informed decisions. The contract is designed to protect both parties.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
